While the entire venue is top notch, the pool area is most impressive. My hubby and I have driven across town just to lounge at the Palazzo pool and would do it again in a heartbeat. I always urge visiting friends and family to stay at the Palazzo just for an excuse to enjoy the excellent service and amenities. Items in the shopping center are a bit pricey, but that's par for the course at these hotels. more

For a good Cause 11/24/2009

Vineyards of Style was held last week at the palazzo. it was a great chance to try different wines and sakes from around the world. to make it even better the $$ went to a good cause! i was most impressed with the tyku both that spiced the event up a bit. Not only were they serving their sake, but they also had a table set up for sake bombs. These events can sway to boring side, and i love when i company spices it up a bit! no food at the pool 9/1/2008

I loved the Palazzo but was so put off by the service (well, lack of) at the pool that I just had to write a review. You can order drinks, but they won't bring you food. They handed me a menu to a Wolfgang Puck cafe that had patio seating near the pool and said I could go to the walk-up window and order something to go, and then bring it back to where we were sitting. more
