I bought a bike about one month ago, Aug 2008 from Bike America on 95th & Nall. This was my first bike in several decades. Since bikes have changed a lot, I asked lots of questions. Every question was answered in depth. The tech/sales guy was great. He told me about the options available to me with the bike I ended up buying. He was very helpful! Move ahead one month --- I dropped by again to ask for some help with installing a bicycle lock. A different tech helped me with my lock, in fact he installed it for me on the spot, no charge. This was more than I expected and it's one reason I would recommend this shop to anyone. Jim W
