This shop has all I need when it comes to my favorite hobby which is biking. I definitely would be visiting this place from time to time.

Always willing to help 3/4/2011

I bought my first real bike here in 2008 when I was with Team in Training. They found a road bike for me that was within my budget and it was a Trek to boot. They have helped me with shift cable adjustments and replacements and other service work as that is not me. My 11 year old bought her first mountain bike from them, then traded up for a trek mountain bike with her grampy and both were pleased with the trade in process and fitting of the bike. Now we are ready for Tandem and I cannot think of another place I would want to spend my money. more

Great bike - great service - knowledgeable technical help 9/10/2008

I bought a bike about one month ago, Aug 2008 from Bike America on 95th & Nall. This was my first bike in several decades. Since bikes have changed a lot, I asked lots of questions. Every question was answered in depth. The tech/sales guy was great. He told me about the options available to me with the bike I ended up buying. He was very helpful! Move ahead one month --- I dropped by again to ask for some help with installing a bicycle lock. A different tech helped me with my lock, in fact he installed it for me on the spot, no charge. This was more than I expected and it's one reason I would recommend this shop to anyone. Jim W Pros: They know their stuff Cons: A long way from my house more
