I had my car towed there when I got a flat and needed a new bolt and not only did they loosen the bolts on the front wheel (not the one that needed to be fixed) they didn't tighten them again. Several miles later, on my way to finals, I needed to pull into another service shop and they told me what happened and that all 4 mounting bolts and the rim would now need to be replaced on that wheel. Then a few months later, my brakes seized up. Turns out Firestone left the bolt they initially replaced rattling around in my brake assembly. They thought that to be an easy mistake to make and not concerning. While they did replace the damaged brakes; they did not pay for the repair to the damaged front wheel, and were unconcerned by their errors. I can't recommend them.
