I've recently used their services. Everything went OK, until they scratched my hardwood floor, in the new house. The guys that did it said that the business is insured and they would cover the expense of the repair. That was on the day of move... Next day, trying to get the damage fixed, everything changed. They said it was not their mistake and they wouldn't cover that damage. The movers even lied saying that I caused the scratch... and I even had tipped them (my mistake).I wouldn't recommend them, at all.
