I recently took my 12-year old dog in to the vet because her ears have been really itchy since we moved here. It was the 1st time I'd been there - we're new to the area - and I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionists up front. They fussed over my Ginger, really made us feel welcomed. I'm a little late getting her shots (with the move and all) and was dreading a guilt trip at the vet. But - no one made me feel bad. (My vet in California would have really jumped my case!) The doctor did Ginger's exam - he seemed very thorough and put her (and me) at ease! He cleaned out her ears and prescribed some medicine. The doctor's assistant showed me how to do the medicine and asked if I had any questions. Everyone that I encountered there was so professional and helpful. They even called me a few days later to see how Ginger's ears were doing. I will definitely be bringing my other dog and cat there when they need to see a doctor.
