Yes, I wanted to say that Pedi Place is a great doctor's office. They do stay busy which does in fact set them behind, but their services are good. Since they deal with non insured, Medicaid, and Chip patients a lot it is going to take a little longer for a child to be seen. Just remember that you are going to be in the office for two to three hours at times even if you have an appointment. Basically they serve everyone as fast as they are able too. I want to let everyone know that I have had great experience up there even though at times I have gotten frustrated because of the length of time I have had to sit and wait. I would also like to point out a Dr. Smith that works in that office. He is awesome. My son was sick at one time and he caught an irrgularity that needed attention. I thought my son just had a bladder infection, but it was something more serious than that. To put a long story short, they may be rushed to see their patients, but they do find out what is wrong with your child. The help is there from everyone. I think a lot of parents mistake the staff for being rude because they are so rushed into trying to get the information they need in order to see the children. They try their best to get you in and out as fast as possible, but considering the circumstances it doesn't always happen that way. You get what you pay for, and since a lot of families have Medicaid here in the Lewisville area that is where we all go. Deal with it. It's all apart of the system. Be glad that there is a doctor's office out there that is willing to help out. I would recommend this office to my frineds but just for warn them that they will have a wait time. Keep doing what you do. Pros: Great doctor's Cons: Long waits but it is understandable more
