**HORRIBLE** **HORRIBLE** **HORRIBLE**\r

Basically they destroyed our $20k floor as it was perfect before they walked through the door. \r

We paid them $900 to seal & buff our freshly-laid concrete tiles. Instead of sealing the tile - they destroyed the previous contractor's work and created HEADACHES & PROBLEMS ... (1) buffed craters into our concrete tile, (2) created new & visible distress marks on the surface of the tile and (3) turned our red grout into white residue.\r

What Grout & Stone Services, Inc. did was so unprofessional, we had to re-hire the tile installation guys again to replace 30 tiles that were destroyed. By the way, I highly recommend Artistic Tile Installations, Inc. , as they did an exceptional job of laying our tile. \r

The tile manufacturer had recommended we use Miracle 511 products however Grout & Stone Services, Inc. insisted that their ""Invisiguard Sealant"" would net the same results. Unfortunately the Invisguard (made out of North Hollywood) was just as useless as the design of the bottle suggests - CHEAP!!!\r

We found Randy, the owner, to not have a clue about his own business and felt he was very insincere and NOT customer service friendly. \r

For example, he recommended using Vinegar on the grout residue - so we sampled it and it only made matters worse. Additionally, we found his staff to be ""lazy duds"" lacking knowledge of the business and lacking a major quality, PASSION. \r

All the advice & recommendations they gave were opposite of what other professionals & manufactures had stated. \r
\r
Hiring Grout & Stone Services, Inc. felt like taking a hammer to a brand new Rolex watch, but without Insurance or Warranty!!!\r
\r
Sad to say we find it comically-ironic that on their own website they state - ""people hire us to fix what someone else has botched."" - to REALIZE that they created ALL our problems.\r

I'd stay away from Grout & Stone Services, Inc. .... they are BAD NEWS BEARS.
