I don't understand all the customer service complaints. I switched to Pintchik after several lousy experiences at Tarzian and have been coming back (happily) for several years. Was in last night for custom paint; two of the counter guys were helping other customers, and after waiting for a bit, a third guy materialized who quickly tracked down the new color code (Pratt & Lambert having changed the numbers in the intervening years) and it all went smoothly. Having seen the negative reviews on this site, I actually made a point of listening in to the other conversations--in both cases the other customers were also getting very good, thorough, expert service. So I am at a loss to explain the bad reviews. FWIW, Pintchik is very aware of them, and I overheard one of the guys say to one of the customers (they evidendly knew each other) that they would appreciate any kind words on City Search. \r
