I originally took my Bonneville to 911 Auto because the a/c was blowing only slightly cool air. As I am fully disabled with severe rheumatoid arthritis and on a fixed income from social security disability, I hoped that 911 auto center would be trustworthy and honest. After a day of work, Martin told me to get to his shop at 5:45pm and the car would be ready. When I went to pick it up I had to wait on their premises almost 2 hours before they would release the car to me. The a/c was still not fixed and it was blowing extremely hot air even when the a/c was turned off! To top it off they charged me $759.83 before I could get my damaged car back! Martin convinced me to take the car back the next day (the last day of my vacation) and they would fix it. I had to rent a car to drive home and then wait a week until Martin told me my car was ready. He told me it was ready on Saturday. When I went to get it on Monday the car was still not ready nor had it been test driven. I heard Martin telling an employee repeatedly to test drive my car after I arrived at 911 Auto. After paying $842.76 MORE this is what I found: \r
1. The a/c was STILL blowing hot air and had not been fixed at all. I don?t believe that they replaced the part that I paid for. \r
2. More than 70 miles had been added to the odometer. \r
3. A half a tank of gas was missing from the gas tank. \r
4. They meticulously cleaned the back seat of stuff that I had left there ? tissues, baby wipes - as though someone used my car for their personal use with enough passengers that they had to use the back seat. \r
5. The jack and spare tire had both been used and the trunk left in disarray. They lied about a flat tire and have now only told part of the truth claiming that they ?noticed? a tire was low and took it to be repaired at Goodyear as a courtesy to me. I did not ok this and also noticed evidence that a can of ""fix-a-flat"" was used which they deny knowledge of. \r
