I took my car in because my rear tail light was out. That was my only problem. I know I could have tried doing it myself, but it's a new car and we weren't sure how to open the parts, etc. I had gone to another place before (with another car) that only charged $20. I figured it couldn't be too bad if I went somewhere else. 911 Auto Center was the only place that took my car in on a Sunday and due to our work schedules, it was the most convenient place to go to. I dropped off my car and three hours later, I'm calling THEM to find out if it is just the bulbs that were out. They gave me the runaround saying they wanted to keep checking the car to make sure it was just the bulb that had to be replaced or to see if there was an electrical problem. They gave me two choices: I could either pick up my car right then and there and fork over $70 for an incomplete diagnostic or wait until the next day when they would tell me what the actual problem was. Fine, what's one more day. Next day, I come to find out that I was right...it was just a bulb that needed replacing. Apparently, replacing a bulb costs $98!!!! Plus, these people were unbelievably rude. When I'd talk to them, they'd act like I was inconveniencing them! I would definitely NOT recommend this place. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE AND WAY TOO RUDE!
