i am so happy to have found this tailor - the straps on my favorite dress had frayed, and after taking it to a very reputable tailor in my neighborhood (brookline), i was told that they could be not be fixed. the tailor wouldn't even try to fix them. i found mr. rouleau on the internet, and brought the dress in to be looked at, desperate for anything - at least a try so that i might be able to wear the dress again. he took the dress and handstitched the straps for me, and the dress looks fabulous. i got my dress back the next day, and the price was reasonable. i was so happy that he was at least willing to try, and very appreciative of the great work he did. highly recommended.
