We read about this place in the Oregonian back in June and waited to try it out. What a pleasant surprise for a new restaurant. First the outdoor patio is fantastic. and they did a great job remodeling a vintage house. We had a group of six so we got to try several small plates and shared a couple of entrees. Our favorites were the chorizo clams, mushrooms, chicken croquettes, scallops and asparagus. It seems like the fish of the day entree is where the kitchen really shines. I would say they have a great selection of small plates, but aren't necessarily all that Spanish. I don't think this is a bad thing because there were so many options we wanted to try. Also, I'm a red wine fan and the wine list is fairly limited so I went with a mojito and it was great. Others in our party loved the sangria served by the pitcher. It will be fun to watch this spot evolve.
Pros: Great outdoor patio, fun small plates
