Would recommend to all that I encounter! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and been used to visiting the locations in which the lines are 30 minutes to nearly 1 hour and I was treated like a number. I went to the location on Georgesville Rd. by Wal Mart and met a very helpful young man named Robert. I was having trouble with my Blackberry. I was extremly upset. He listened to my concerns, thanked me for coming into the location, and assisted me for nearly an hour helping me to solve the issue with my email service. In the end it was user error on my part. He made me feel very at home. At the end of the day we solved the issue and he was nice enough to offer any additional future assistance that I may encounter. I have since sent in 4 colleagues from my place of employment and received financial compensation ($25.00 per person who activated a new line $100.00 in total thus far) in the form of a gift card from Verizon for the referrals. As a consumer we are so used to being treated with mediocrity in most places however these smaller customer focused locations are really personalized and able to take the time to identify with the needs of the people without a long wait. Robert is a testament to the commitment and culture that Flexicom has developed to customer satisfaction. We as customers often dwell on negative experiences but in this case it was an OUTSTANDING DISCIPLINE to taking care of the customer!!! Thank you Robert!!! more
