Great Experience 2/11/2010

I have been using Flexicom for the past three years for all my wireless needs. I was referred to Matt at the 7949 N. High St. store when I was looking to upgrade my phone. When I first met with Matt I had a million questions for him because I am not someone who knows much about cell phones. I explained to him what I was looking for and he walked me through multiple options to see what would best fit my needs. The entire time he had patience and a smile on his face and continually asked me if I had questions. We finally came to a conclusion and I got a new phone that I loved. From that day out I have reached out to Matt whenever anyone in my family needs a new phone and I will continue to do so. Why change something that isnt broken. Pros: very knowledgable, polite and worked hard more

sean works for EVERYTHING HE EVER HAS! he teaches his employees how to be a real salesmen and guess what guys the life of being in sales is NOT a job you sit around and do nothing and expect to be treated awesome.If your not reaching your goals then your just not cutting it. Sean doesnt expect his employees to reach impossible goals sean knows those goal ar enot impossible bc he has reached them himself. If you are too incompetant to reach those goals and you look down onthem bc of that..t seems that is your issue not how sean runs his business. Also the remarks about Steve Moore are uncalled for! clearly do not know what it is like to have shoulder surgery or a newborn.Ive seen how hard he works.even when he is not abe to ""make it in"" he works at home alll day long! his dad was in the hospital halfway dying and he was there with his family and stil worried about working and getting his job done! so know the facts before you run you bad reviews! Flexicom/Shawn Cunix 10/28/2009

I am a lifelong friend of Shawn Cunix. He has done so many good things for his people that it actually puts tears in my eyes thinking about some of them. For example, he wrote off a debt from someone that owed him over $150,000 when his son was suddenly killed saying that he has enough burden and I want to lift this one from him. He has paid my parents mortgage when they needed help without even telling me he did it! He wasnt looking for a thanks or a pat on the chest. He just loves people. Shawn has one of the biggest hearts you could possibly imagine. The comments on this page are truly out of the ignorence of people that have never had the pressure of over 200 people counting on them to make sure that the company stays afloat and can continue to pay them. These people are merely pissed off because they arent good enough salesman to make it here and we wont except mediocrity! We expect more. We wont let you set back and just take orders and pay an enormous salary off of what we have built over the last 9 years. We have a lot of people making more money than they ever have in there life and they would be heartbroken if Shawn didnt make some of these very difficult decisions and lost this company. Sometimes you have to make a decision that is best for the majority and it may not have been what the person getting fired believes. I stand behind this man in everything he does and will continue supporting him and helping us grow until leave this earth. Shawn has helped me reach a higher level financially, personally, as a father, a friend, and so much more! Im sorry that these people are stuck in the grind, i wish they could live 1 day in Shawns shoes and see a glimpse of the pressure that i see him go thru every day! Then maybe they would understand a little about why he has to do things this way. He does an incredible job managing a company of this size. He is a very young and very successful person and some people are just a little jealous. Im glad there jealous. Shawn deserves everything he has and everything he will get in his life! Flexicom Wireless has been very good to our organization They have helped us with our corporate phones and saved us money in the process. In addition, they have also supported us with charity dollars and volunteer hours. A corporate staff members puts in the charity time whenever she can which is most appeciated. Perfect Customer Experience 8/12/2008

Would recommend to all that I encounter! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and been used to visiting the locations in which the lines are 30 minutes to nearly 1 hour and I was treated like a number. I went to the location on Georgesville Rd. by Wal Mart and met a very helpful young man named Robert. I was having trouble with my Blackberry. I was extremly upset. He listened to my concerns, thanked me for coming into the location, and assisted me for nearly an hour helping me to solve the issue with my email service. In the end it was user error on my part. He made me feel very at home. At the end of the day we solved the issue and he was nice enough to offer any additional future assistance that I may encounter. I have since sent in 4 colleagues from my place of employment and received financial compensation ($25.00 per person who activated a new line $100.00 in total thus far) in the form of a gift card from Verizon for the referrals. As a consumer we are so used to being treated with mediocrity in most places however these smaller customer focused locations are really personalized and able to take the time to identify with the needs of the people without a long wait. Robert is a testament to the commitment and culture that Flexicom has developed to customer satisfaction. We as customers often dwell on negative experiences but in this case it was an OUTSTANDING DISCIPLINE to taking care of the customer!!! Thank you Robert!!! more

Let me just begin to relive this nightmare which is ""wireless"", I began my afternoon out by driving home from work . Noticed there was a verizon store , i went in to the location , there was a guy playing music that i didn't think was appropriate,something along the lines of refering to ""females shaking what there momma gave them "". Looked up from behind the desk and just looked at me like i was a alein from outer space!. I said hello , i'd like to upgrade my phone , can you check to see when i'm up , he said Arghh and then proceeded to check , while he was doing that i looked at the phones around , SUSPRISE !!! no prices on the phones NO WHERE ! , so i asked how much is this , he replyed back um....... i think its $120.00 no wait , its $199.00 .. I'm thinking , RIP ME OFF ! why don't cha , i asked why the price's weren't listed , he said something along the lines of , I can make the price's as high or low as i want . so i found one that was in my price range SUSPRISE !!!! again , they don't have it , so I saw another one that would do the job , SUSPRISE #3 theres alll these fee's programming , ? $20.00 i can call *228 myslef ! So i ended up going to the Corp store and Saving myself alot of money , i billed it to my account where as at wireless you can't , found a Bigger selection , and more friendly people .. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY THESE ARE TRAINED CON ARTIST !!!! Pros: FOOLED ME INTO THINKING I WOULD SAVE MONEY Cons: when it was all said and done i wasted my time at least not money more
