I believe you are a victim of buyer?s remorse because you are unhappy with your choice and trying to take it out on someone who was only trying to help. Neither I nor any of my employees forced or tricked you to buy a diamond. And for the comment that my diamonds are enhanced or poorly graded is false, the diamond I sold you was GIA certified was it not. I told you if you buy this diamond it is yours I did not own this diamond in question out right and I was not going to deal with the head ache of getting your money back from a third party that is bad business, in fact I sold it below wholesale price to you and I didn?t make a dime off of it. Also it is business policy we do not offer refunds only exchanges this was explained to you beforehand. I spent two hours with you trying to educate you on making a good decision but ultimately it was up to you. I said I was willing to trade you for what you wanted if you were not satisfied with your choice, if you paid any difference. But when you called me you said you wanted a round 1.25 to 1.50 carat Si+ H+ which costs me 3k to 5k more then what you paid. You were trying to take advantage of me. And you only wanted to spend $2000 more what did you want me to do loose a thousand dollars. And in fact I called you a week after you informed me you were unhappy to offer you a new stone at a steal of a price you informed me you were working with other jewelers to find your stone that is an insult to me why would I want to help you after that and obviously no one could satisfy you because you called me a month later still looking for a new stone threatening me. Your words are slander and incorrect which is illegal. You should not get in a game you don?t know how to play. Obviously we have satisfied customers my family has been in business for over 80 years we have the best reputation, price and quality products around; you obviously do not know what you?re talking about\r
