You've made my life sparkle again! 3/31/2010

Thank you Justin! My ring sparkles again! You were patient with me and explained the 4 C's related to diamond selection. You helped me select the diamond for me and had it set and ready to put back on my finger in an hour! Unbelieveable! I may be visiting you again to update the size of my diamond earrings! Susan from Dallas Pros: great, fast service more

Simply awesome 1/30/2009

The fact that Millers have been around since the 1920's and now fourth generation with the addition of Justin Miller diamond cutter and his father custom Goldsmith and renound artist of 35 years himself brings assurance of every step of the jewelry experience. Thank you so much for making my dreams a reality. more

To the unsatisfied customer 8/6/2008

To the unsatisfied customer,\r To the unsatisfied customer,\r I believe you are a victim of buyer?s remorse because you are unhappy with your choice and trying to take it out on someone who was only trying to help. Neither I nor any of my employees forced or tricked you to buy a diamond. And for the comment that my diamonds are enhanced or poorly graded is false, the diamond I sold you was GIA certified was it not. I told you if you buy this diamond it is yours I did not own this diamond in question out right and I was not going to deal with the head ache of getting your money back from a third party that is bad business, in fact I sold it below wholesale price to you and I didn?t make a dime off of it. Also it is business policy we do not offer refunds only exchanges this was explained to you beforehand. I spent two hours with you trying to educate you on making a good decision but ultimately it was up to you. I said I was willing to trade you for what you wanted if you were not satisfied with your choice, if you paid any difference. But when you called me you said you wanted a round 1.25 to 1.50 carat Si+ H+ which costs me 3k to 5k more then what you paid. You were trying to take advantage of me. And you only wanted to spend $2000 more what did you want me to do loose a thousand dollars. And in fact I called you a week after you informed me you were unhappy to offer you a new stone at a steal of a price you informed me you were working with other jewelers to find your stone that is an insult to me why would I want to help you after that and obviously no one could satisfy you because you called me a month later still looking for a new stone threatening me. Your words are slander and incorrect which is illegal. You should not get in a game you don?t know how to play. Obviously we have satisfied customers my family has been in business for over 80 years we have the best reputation, price and quality products around; you obviously do not know what you?re talking about\r more

DO NOT TRUST THEM 6/30/2008

Unfortunately I purchased a diamond from this company. While viewing the diamond I felt very pressured to buy it. First, when I asked if I could see the stone seperate from the ring it was mounted in he told me that I could only if I was sure I was going to buy it or another stone from him. (One of the other stones he was trying to sell me was clearly enhanced and when asked about it denied knowing if it had been altered or not) After viewing the stone I still wasn't postive that I liked the way it looked in my setting and expressed my concern to him. So we decided not to purchase the diamond that day, would think about it, and make a decision the next day. The following day when I went to his downtown office to look at the stone again he told me that If I did not buy the stone that day he had someone else he was going to sell it to that afternoon. So I asked what if I purchased the stone, took it home overnight and thought about it, then let him know. He said I could buy the stone but he would not exchange my money, but could find a different diamond if I decided this was not one that I liked. So I purshased the diamond, thinking that if I didn't like the stone he could find me a different one and credit me what I paid for my diamond. Next day came, I decided I wanted a different shape and he rudely told me that unless I was willing to pay $3,000-$5,000 more that it was not worth his time. While the stone is a nice stone, it is not the shape of stone that I want, and he is not willing to work with me to find me one that will make me happy. He offered me poorer quality diamonds, uncertified diamonds, diamonds that didn't even have the value of what I paid for mine in exchange for the one I purchased plus more cash. Unfortunately everytime I look at the diamond I am reminded of the poor customer care at millers international. Do not trust them when they tell you that you can exchange a diamond for one YOU want. Pros: Price Cons: Customer Service, not trustworthy, variety more

Great quality and price excellent customer service 3/17/2008

I looked everywhere for a diamond ring and nobody was close to Millers international's service, price, and quality, they explained the way the business works and the different qualites, they said most jewelery stores mark the diamonds up 1-3 times their prices( because Millers actually manufactures the diamonds and jewelry on site) other jewelers try to sell the lowest quality they have first this is not what Millers did they got me exactly what I wanted they did'nt rest until it was on my finger. They said the only reason people are unhappy with them is because they tell their customers the truth and for most people that's hard to hear, If you bought a low quality diamond from another store and try to sell it to Miller's you will probably hear you paid way too much and wont be able to sell it for what you paid. For great service and unbeatable prices Id choose Miller's International Diamond Cutters. Pros: Great work, best prices I found, fast turn around time Cons: They are custom jewelers so you have to wait a day or two to wear it, It's worth the wait though more
