Perhaps the best Sushi restaurant in New Haven, CT area. I am originally from Tokyo, so I know my Sushi by just stepping into the restaurant. It has to smell right. The best sushi restaurant has the special scent. The owner/chef was trained in a Tsukiji Sushi restaurant, so the food is very authentic Japanese, unlike some of the Chinese owned Japanese restaurants in the area. Only draw back is that this restaurant has All You Can Eat menu, which most of the customer will order, so it tend to get very busy, and the service might suffer, especially during the weekend and the peak dinner hour. Go there in the off hours. \r
