I love Cafe Rembrandt! It is in the Brewery Building between Victory Plaza and the West End, so we go here often before and after Stars games and Mavericks games. The owners are wonderful and are always throwing special events for American and Dutch holidays and occasions. There's a DJ on the HUGE patio on most Friday nights and bands inside most Friday and Saturday nights. The Velvet Kittens preform thier berlesque show twice a month. If you haven't been, you are missing out, it is SO fun. They have cool specials every single day, like 1/2 Price food on Tuesdays and Pint Night on Wednesdays when you can take home the featured beer's pint glass. It's just a really cool gathering place that's relaxed. Unlike a lot of Dallas bars, there's never a cover and there's no judgement. You don't go to be seen, you go to hang out, listen to good music, play pool, darts, have a bite. Everyone is so friendly. I meet someone new every time I go!!!
