The owner of this lingerie shop is rude and arrogant. The receipt from the store does not have the name, address, phone number, or the refund policy printed on it--good luck trying to return something. She has refused to give a store credit for an item purchased, claiming that the sale was over two weeks old when in fact the item was purchased on 7/26 and I tried to return it on 8/7. Being of middle age, I guess I didn't fit her profile of a worthy patron, and she refused to refund the item. On more than one occasion, the owner has sold inapropriate attire to girls under the age of 14.
