I was looking for a true lingerie shop when I walked into Azure. The young women working there were very pleasant and asked if they could help me. As my eyes scanned the store, I realized that it was not really a true lingerie shop. They did have a great deal of stuff for very young women. When I asked if there was another shop along Bell that might be a better fit for a women of my age, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they sent me down the block to a store called Yvette Lingerie. I did however send my 22 year old daughter to Azure for her Halloween costume. Cudos for being so honest and not trying to sell me things that were obviously for young girls. Wow, I was fully impressed by this boutique. They had the greatest selection of the latest halloween costumes as well as the most trendiest clothes on the block. Bayside lacks a clothing store and Azure definetley has great stuff. They have similar trend to Bebe and Marchiano but for much much less. \r Gotta check this store out. You'll love it !!!! I Purchased something at this shop for my wifes birthday. I was a little lost in what to buy as it was my first time shopping for lingere. I'm sure some of you might know what I mean. I was a littIe nervous at first but the owner made me feel very comfortable and at ease helping me select the things my wife might like. She was not pushy at all and worked with my budget. She informed me well with all the stores policies in regards to exhanging intimate apparel. I was made aware that some lingerie can not be returned for many hygenic reasons due to health laws even if the tags are still attached. This was a great overall experience for me and better yet my wife loved her gift. With the information I gave about my wife. We found the right gift for her. I highly recommend this shop. I went to this shop to purchase a gift for my girlfriend. The owner was pushing items on me as soon as I walked in the door. She didn't give me a chance to browse or to breathe! I was very uncomfortable. I purchased something, but when my girlfriend tried to exchange the item (was too small), the owner gave her a very difficult time, she had a bad attitude. Seems she is all friendly when she wants to make a sale, but when it comes down to returning an item, Ms. Hyde appears. The garment was not worn and it still had the tags attached. The owner of this lingerie shop is rude and arrogant. The receipt from the store does not have the name, address, phone number, or the refund policy printed on it--good luck trying to return something. She has refused to give a store credit for an item purchased, claiming that the sale was over two weeks old when in fact the item was purchased on 7/26 and I tried to return it on 8/7. Being of middle age, I guess I didn't fit her profile of a worthy patron, and she refused to refund the item. I have never felt so comfortable in a lingerie store before.. This store was so elegantly designed dispite all the little risque outfits on the hangers.. The atosphere was incredible and the owner really new her stuff -- she looked at me and just new what I wanted... She had stuff I have never seen before and her prices were great..
