I had hired him in the past 20 years ago and received good service and right color of white garage door. I hired him on my daughters property and garage never closed right but had an open gap that made the panel fall back open on top instead of closing flush with the top framing. At that time they also did not put on weather stripping. I did not know this because my daughter did not know that their workmanship was not done and not done right. When I saw it again and asked about it I told her to call them to come back and fix the problem. I had just recently hired him for another garage door. I ordered a white door and he put on an off white. When I complained he never answered my calls. When my daughter called him about her door never closing after 1 1/2 years he sends someone over and tries to adjust it. After he left now the garage door won't even open cause of the adjustment . We then tried to open it but it does not open. His wife set up another appointment date, but they were a no show when the date came and went. We called again and she called back saying there is a part that needs to be reorderd. Thats been almost 1 1/2 months and screens there calls and do not answer. Besides the door now not opening, she had also ordered a white door and got an off white. So one property door does not open nor fit correctly but stays open on top with a gap, and wrong color , and the other property has a wrong color on that door. White is white not off white. We now have to hire another garage door person to try to get the garage door to open.\r
We haven't heard back from them even though we keep calling.
