the only way to get satisfaction,since they wont call back,or even attempt to do the ethical thing..is to contact,your city ""Consumer affairs"", drop a dime...best thing to do is send all pertinent info ( documents, reciepts,etc copy them, then send off with a letter of complaint...short and sweet) then wait for consumers affairs to contact you...they got me my 2,500.00 back in less than one month...forget the BBB....their useless, they send a letter to the business,and if the business ignores,the letter,guess what...nada happens....and trust me, consumers affairs handles all kinds of problems, NO MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET....anything from helping you with small claims situations, to rent, and evictions, bad contracts...etc etc...they also have a web site...check it out....get these bums out of biz....word of mouth is also good in the long run...sign me squeeky wheel gets the oil. good luck and Happy New Year....
