Taste of Home was a disaster to begin with. We made an appointment for a food tasting. When we got there we were told that we could only pick up the food and taste it at our own home. The owner claims that she explained this on the phone, but I was unaware. We took the food home and it was good. We decided to contact her again, despite the mix up. It took her over a week to return my phone call. We did finally set up a meeting to talk about getting a proposal together. This was on a Friday and we were told that she'll e-mail us a proposal by Wednesday. The proposal is now a week late. We have called and e-mailed her and have gotten no response. We are constantly told by one of her workers that they are really busy right now. In the end, we decided not to wait and go with another caterer. At this point, I wouldn't even trust them to show up and do the job right. I recommend that people don't even bother calling her.
