I started Iyengar Yoga about 5 years ago and it has significantly improved my life (mentally and physically). The use of props (blocks, straps, chairs, rope wall) has allowed me to work to the best of my ability and not get discouraged when learning. My bone density has improved over the last two years as a direct result of yoga. Aileen and Steve are great at meeting individual needs in a classroom situation. I recommend Iyengar Yoga with Aileen and Steve for all levels no matter what your physical condition.
