I just wanted to write in to tell my experience with Yellow Cab on 8/7/08. I called for a cab for a client of ours and was told that one would be there in 10 minutes. That person was standing in front of our building for approximately 40 minutes. I called a second time and was told that no one was there when the cab arrived.\r
The dispatcher said again the cab will be there in a few minutes. We waited another 25 minutes. Finally, one of our staff saw what was going on and took the gentleman to his meeting in her own car.\r

The thing that really irked me the most was just the absolute rudeness of the dispatcher. I was hung up on twice. If you could imagine a really, really awful person, who probably doesn't like her job that's the voice I heard on the other end.\r

I was told that no one was outside waiting when the cab arrived. That was a lie. From my desk I saw R. waiting all that time. I was told again by a second woman (probably sisters - same attitude and rudeness ) that I could call 788-4811 and complain. My plan is to do just that.\r

I hope these two women's supervisor reads this and makes some adjustment in personnel. I really don't understand how a service can employ such rude and downright nasty dispatchers. That's what bothers me the most about this. If I were that rude at my job, I know I would be shown the door.\r
