WOW CAN'T BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE ARE STILL IN BUSINESS AND MUCH LESS A RECOMMENDED SERVICE CO. OF WHIRLPOOL. WHIRLPOOL PLACED THE SERVICE CALL FOR ME BECAUSE THE PUMP ASSEMBLY MOTOR ON MY CALYPSO WASHER WAS RECALLED. THE SERVICE CALL WAS TO REPLACE THE RECALLED PART. THE ORDER HAD A PART NUMBER ON IT AND EVERYTHING. WELL THE TECH SHOWS UP A WEEK AFTER THE CALL WAS PLACED WITHOUT THE PART. OBVIOUSLY, THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO SO HE LEAVES. I CALL THE SERVICE MANAGER , JOHN, WHO INSTEAD OF BE HONEST WITH ME AND TELLING ME THAT THEY MADE A MISTAKE TELLS ME THAT HE KNOWS NOTHING OF A RECALLED PART. THIS AGGRAVATES THE HECK OUT OF ME AND I LET HIM KNOW THAT I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO. HE GIVES ME SOME STORY ABOUT HOW HE IS 70 YEARS OLD AND I SHOULD RESPECT HIM. I TELL HIM THE MINUTE YOU LIE TO ME AND TRY TO MAKE A FOOL OUT OF ME RESPECT IS GONE. HE THREATENS ME AND TELLS ME THAT HE WILL HANG UP ON ME AND I CAN CALL ANOTHER REPAIR COMPANY FOR SERVICE. I ASKED FOR HIS MANAGER AND I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS THE ONE AND ONLY ONE IN CHARGE. IF THAT IS TRUE IT IS NO WONDER WHY THAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE.
