I took my two down comforters there and a few of my husbands shirts to be laundered and starched. I chose the wrong cleaners!!! Not only did they not launder my husbands shirts first, they pressed horrible wrinkles into the clothes and failed to iron them back out. They also kept my brand new storage bags for the comforters and failed to give them back to me after I repeatedly asked them for them. They won't even comp the price for theft!
