Debra and Minnie are great people. I have dealt with both of them and they are very friendly. Our clothes are always done to our expectations and on time. I have never experienced anything negative as the customers below claim. I recommend both this location and the one on Cypress Creek. more

Horrible Customer Service!!! 8/1/2008

I took my two down comforters there and a few of my husbands shirts to be laundered and starched. I chose the wrong cleaners!!! Not only did they not launder my husbands shirts first, they pressed horrible wrinkles into the clothes and failed to iron them back out. They also kept my brand new storage bags for the comforters and failed to give them back to me after I repeatedly asked them for them. They won't even comp the price for theft! Cons: Let me try and count them more

HORRIBLE!!! 1/6/2008

I took my 3 King Size comforters to Jack Brown cleaners in Cedar Park. Oh wow...not only do they have crapy customer service, they also don't follow directions. My 3 very expensive conforters all were to be LAUNDERED, not dry cleaned, and I told them that. When I got them back, they reaked with this horrible smell. I took them back,and they blamed the fact that I have animals. So what! I had to have them re-laundered and I even took them somewhere else. Nothing will get that smell out. So, now i am out about $400.00+. I gave them away. Don't go to those people, they will reuin what you have worked hard for. Pros: NOTHING!! Cons: Everything! more
