I have tried shopping this store many times. I keep thinking the staff will act as if they give a flip, but so far, it hasn't happened. I have gone in many times and seen the same people. There is absolutely no recognition factor going on with them. I've owned my own business. It doesn't matter how good the buys are (and I don't really think they're THAT good). Without staff that acknowledges customers, attempts to help and lets customers know their business is appreciated (even if they don't buy a thing), not many women will give a business the many chances I have. And now I'm done. There are several other helpful resale shops along NW Military Hwy, and I encourage women to look those businesses up and patronize them. The owner of Encore should be reading these reviews and gettting a clue.....
