After years of eating here, we finally said no more. A few evenings ago we went for a family birthday. We had eight people in our party and were seated promptly. Our appetizers were done and the main course was being served. As the last plate was being placed for service, the waitress knocked over a glass that in turn broke two others on the table and glass. Glass fragments went flying (not to mention the $45 wine that was in the glasses). OK, our waitress apologized, but when we requested that the meals be replaced, we were told they would only replace one of the meals. After several minutes of discussion, rather than get additionally upset with who I believed was the floor manager, we all stepped back from our seats and I asked for the check. Another person from the back came out and tried to have me understand why they made their decision not to replace the food. I told them I'm paying for it and refused to allow my family eat it, why don't you and your staff sit down and enjoy! My comments were met with a blank stare from wait staff along with a silent regret from the manager that the meals were not replaced. I paid the check ($157) and we went to another restaurant for a wonderful finish to our evening. Oh, the actual cost for not replacing the meals...based on my habit of eating there on a monthly basis, probably over $2500+ over the course ot the next year as we won't be back..
