They performed service for me few days before my departure overseas, so I notified them to reach me via e-mail or call the overseas number once the bill is ready (since the regular mail will accumulate for the next few months and I won't be able to open the bill until after that). Neither happened. I tried to reach their billing service (864) 627-3649 multiple times and had the busy signal ALL THE TIME.
