What a dismal, hostile place. It is actually quite a shock that this sort of office is tolerated. I am very sure that any good review seen here is from someone associated with Sarlo. The office is dingy, the air is thick with bad attitude and misery. You can actually feel it as well as see it when you walk in the door and are face to face with a sour face receptionist who does not acknowledge that you are in need of service but rather serves her own purpose of being utterly unhelpful, answers the questions with a negative each and every time. Each and every time I walked in there I was made to feel as though I were really an intrusion. It could almost be comical, but the truth is that it is not funny at all. There are so many choices and this is not a good one.
