I just moved in and I guess I should have done a little research first because our first impression is not too far from what I'm seeing on many other site reviews. The office staff is very unprofessional, specifically Katie. She came into my residence and addressed me extremely inappropriately, talking down to me. I have not experienced their maintainace service yet, but I will very soon. When we moved in our kitchen drawers were broken and unusable and both of our toilets leak every 45 seconds. Those are just two major issues I have with the place so far. I have ran any of the major appliances yet...so I guess we'll see if they are as unhelpful as I've been reading!
