These people are not proffesional especially the manager, they dont care about your comfort, the only thing they care about is getting the rent on time, no maintenance, no service, no proffesionality, and finally careless manager...... living in the street in better than living in tuttle grove. more

The only reason i am writing this review is so that people should know :"" once you come to this Apartment ,you will experience WHAT STANDARD THEY HAVE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE : ..The staff is impolite ..they make you wait for long time.. ( Female staff..) ..they are careless..turn deaf ear to your complaints ..They do not care about any maintain-ace..All they care about is they get their rent..You are on your own ""Please train your self to do plumbing,,Fixing lights ..Also some toilets leakage stuff/"".. Maintenance Guy is so Lazy that he will take 2-3 months to come ..And ""you MIGHT WANT TO FIX IT YOUR SELF"".. Good Luck with Plumbing.. more

I just moved in and I guess I should have done a little research first because our first impression is not too far from what I'm seeing on many other site reviews. The office staff is very unprofessional, specifically Katie. She came into my residence and addressed me extremely inappropriately, talking down to me. I have not experienced their maintainace service yet, but I will very soon. When we moved in our kitchen drawers were broken and unusable and both of our toilets leak every 45 seconds. Those are just two major issues I have with the place so far. I have ran any of the major appliances yet...so I guess we'll see if they are as unhelpful as I've been reading! We did a walk through prior to move in and found several items/issues (about 10) that we wanted fixed before we moved in. Upon arrival with our belongings, nothing had been done (ex. closet light and leaking toilet). Since then, I've had additional confrontations with the office manager, Sandrine. She is the worst person I have EVER met and had to deal with. The worst thing, until yesterday (6/14/06) I have experienced with her is shortly after move-in, the stove sparked and surged electricity. She refused to remove the stove and even allow maintanence to replace with one from another unit. Went behind her back to require someone to remove it from my unit. She rejects every request for repair or replacement of broken appliances, repainting, etc.....hope I save you the grief of moving to and from there.
