POOR customer service 8/31/2008

I called the store to make a sunless tan appointment about 3 weeks - a month ago. The girl on the phone told me the new store manager was out of town and she was unsure about the Labor Day/weekend hours. I explained to her that this was 21st birthday so it was very important for them to let me know if they would be closed so I could make other arrangements. She promised they would call if the appointment made would not work out. Pros: none that i know of Cons: poor customer service, doesnt seem to care about the customers more
