I've been going to Body Inspired Fitness boot camps for over a year now and feel like I'm in great shape. You decide how many times a week you want to attend. They offer a variety of heart-pumping, body strengthening work outs for every level. The groups are small. The instructors fantastic, personable, knowledgable and encouraging. It's so based on your schedule and your needs. I love it!! I have a number of girlfriends who now go as well. I'd recommend it to all my girlfriends....
