All Right Heating and Air installed a gas heating system and an air conditioning system at my residence. The installations failed Guilford County Inspection 3 times. It took a period of almost 2 months to correct problems and get county approval. During this period I met at least 5 different repairmen. Then, 10 months later the air-conditioning system stopped cooling. This is well within the warranty timeframe. I requested service from All Right and it took 4 days for them to resolve the issue. I was without air for 4 days. The issue was not the equipment but the initial set up. They corrected the problem, installed Freon, and it has worked ok since then. The company charged me $50 dollars to correct this issue, which was the result of their workmanship.
