MY HEAT PUMP STOPPED WORKING SO I CALLED ALL RIGHT SINCE I LIVE IN THOMASVILLE. THE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS REAL NICE AND SAID SHE WOULD GET A TECH OUT AS SOON AS SHE COULD. IT WASN'T LONG AND SHE CALLED ME SAID HE WAS ON THE WAY. WHEN THE TECH GOT TO MY HOUSE HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. THE PRICE WAS NOT BAD EITHER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. Don't think about hiring this company, they will rip your wallet off! They came to my house, adjusted little stuff on my heating system then charged me a chunk of money, the technician did not even tell me what's wrong w/ my heating system, he did the damn job w/o even asking me a prior approval. This is how this company works! So, if you want to get rip off, go ahead and hire them!!! more

THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO OUR HOME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND WE HAD 3 OPTIONS TO CHOSE FROM AND WE WENT WITH THE AMERICAN STANDARD OPTION AND WE HAD OUR NEW SYSTEM INSTALLED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND FASHION.THE TECHS WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THIS HAS SAVED US SO MUCH ON OUR ELECTRIC BILL. All Right Heating and Air installed a gas heating system and an air conditioning system at my residence. The installations failed Guilford County Inspection 3 times. It took a period of almost 2 months to correct problems and get county approval. During this period I met at least 5 different repairmen. Then, 10 months later the air-conditioning system stopped cooling. This is well within the warranty timeframe. I requested service from All Right and it took 4 days for them to resolve the issue. I was without air for 4 days. The issue was not the equipment but the initial set up. They corrected the problem, installed Freon, and it has worked ok since then.
