I have a loan with this company since November 2007. During the summer I am out of school so I have not been paid and have been unable to make payments. I have called and spoke to them about my situation and explained that as soon as we go back to school I will pay. Margaret has called my house, my cell, and even my school harrassing and threatening me to repo my car or what not. She tells me they have no grace period. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Mike last week who actually offered to help me out. He is the first person at this company who has talked to me like I was a human being and not a dog. I would certainly NOT reccomend this company to anyone else because of my unfair treatment. I am also looking into reporting them to ACTION 9 and the Better Business Association!
Cons: Terrible people skills, RUDE AND NASTY ASSOCIATES!!!
