I have dealt with this company for 3 years now. I will get another car through them at a lower interest rate. The reason they get bad reviews is because people do not want to communicate with them and follow through with their commitments. Margaret nor anyone else has ever gotten out of line with me or anything. They are a good group to work with and they work with me on my pay schedule. They are great have a good listing of dealerships they deal with, they have even given me names of personal loan lenders when I needed help on auto repairs. They have even given me information on mechanics in the area. 4 thumbs up to Justin and Margaret...and the remainder of the staff!!! more

I have been dealing with this company for over a year now and in about 9 months I won't owe anymore money. Sharon is always great to deal with, she understands my pay schedule and works with me everytime. This is a loan company that works with people who have cruddy credit, bankruptcys, charge offs, etc. They are a last chance credit company, so if they are firm with a customer or even appear rude, it is for your own good, they are trying to help with your credit and get their money....I would recommend them more

I would have to agree with the majority of the comments I have read. You would think that your payments were going in their pockets for as much as they call. It seems like when they know your pay day has come they make bigger threats. I made a large payment when I first got my car of over $2000 because I knew school would be out soon. I missed those 2 months, but all of a sudden they were trying to make it seem like I was so far behind. I think when the economy took a nose dive they decide to try to get as much as they can before they go under or are shut down. Pros: anybody can get a loan Cons: They harass the S!!! out of you more

This company is unprofessional. Margret is the MOST rude lady I have ever met. To the point where she would be yelling at me! I'm the customer where you get tons of interest from. I think this lady should have been fired a long time ago. I work in collections myself of money due a long time ago and there is no way that would happen! I would loose my job! This place is too stressful to deal with. I would reccomend going to a different ""Third Party Bill To"" as they would say. They call & harass about payments not due. The one guy Mike that use to work there was the only nice guy and would actually work with you. They have turned things around by not putting in notes in correctly. I have had a loan with this company for alittle ofver 2 years now and the only problem i have found is that they harass u when it is payment time. i have paid the same way for 2 years now but they still call me to see when i am going to send the payment. They were helpful when i was in the hospital last year with defering my payments so i did not lose my car. If you can deal with the phone calls then they r not a bad place to go with. more

Had I known this company was so unprofessional I would have continued to seek auto loans. I should have known when they sent no payment coupons and no account number references. Margret should be a bounty hunter the way she attacks you seeking payment. I don't know how to handle them, I need a car! Cons: horrible people skills more

I have a loan with this company since November 2007. During the summer I am out of school so I have not been paid and have been unable to make payments. I have called and spoke to them about my situation and explained that as soon as we go back to school I will pay. Margaret has called my house, my cell, and even my school harrassing and threatening me to repo my car or what not. She tells me they have no grace period. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I spoke with Mike last week who actually offered to help me out. He is the first person at this company who has talked to me like I was a human being and not a dog. I would certainly NOT reccomend this company to anyone else because of my unfair treatment. I am also looking into reporting them to ACTION 9 and the Better Business Association! Cons: Terrible people skills, RUDE AND NASTY ASSOCIATES!!! more

I been with this company for one year never missed a payment and never been late, I make a payment bi-weekly and I was late over the last couple of weeks they have harasssed my contacts and sent threating letters asking for more information. No payment books, no reciepts,missing payment (they seem to find after you theaten to call the Better Business B). All I want to do is finsh with this car and never to deal with them again something should be done this is HARRISMENT!!!!!!!!!!! more

I have a loan with them now and they stress and worry me about payments that are not due yet. They are so rude and non professional. I will never go back here again or reccommend this agency to anyone else. I am up to date with my payments but a week before my payment is due they are calling me and my references about my account. Don't bother even trying for a loan here.You'd be better off borrowing from family. Statements are not sent, RUDE PEOPLE, even if you are current with payments. Don't even count on an ACCURATE WORD ON PAYMENTS OR LENGTH OF LOAN from associates. Due to the fact that NO STATEMENTS ARE SENT OUT you may be in for quite a shock when your payments come due. No way to pay online or over the phone with a credit card, debit card, or to check your balance. Evidently this is some kind of fly by night operation. Do as I have done, report this operation to the Federal FDIC, The IRS, And the N.C. Attorney General. Cons: Vey bad experiance overall more
