Being in the military I have moved almost 18 times in the past 5 years. So I have been through alot of movers if you know what I mean. Keep in mind that the military does not give you a choice on who moves you. So you never know what your going to get. This was my first move that the military did not do. It was also the first move that I had to pay for and that I had an actual choice on who to use. Which I am really happy about because I was moving into my first new home. First, I have to say that from beginning to end that move was unbelieveable. The people I spoke to in the office were very friendly and very accomodating. Because this was my first move I had alot of questions which Diane answered all of them. I have to admit that these guys were a little bit higher than everyone else I spoke to but, Diane was so nice on the phone that I had to found out if the men were the same way. On the morning of my move the men arrived early I believe it was at 8:15 in the morning. The crew leader (Ronald) was very nice and immediately had his men get to work. They spent about 3 hours wrapping all our furniture. It was amazing the detail and care they took in moving my furniture. Especially considering how fragile some of my furniture from Japan is. When we got to the new house the guys to special care of my hardwood floors and then unloaded everything into my house. Ronald was very helpful and made sure that all my stuff was place in the appropriate rooms. All I have to say is that if you are moving you have to use these guys they were fantastic. I would and will use these guys everytime I move. In fact they are moving my mother next. LOL! I LOVED THEM. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Pros: Early, Very Careful, Very Friendly, Easy to work with...
Cons: None!
