Its been almost 1 month since my TV has broken. They came out on a Saturday and handed me a claim ticket saying the part will be in around 2 weeks "hopefully". Well 2 weeks comes and 2 weeks goes. I give them a call and they say oh it'll be another week. I write an email never to hear a response. So I call them a week and a half later and the answer is it will be in next week. So I ask, well that is what I heard last week that it would be in this week, are you going to tell me that next week when I call that it'll be next week and so forth and so on? So we are closing in one 1 month with no TV and NO CALL BACKS about the part!!!!!
