This place is a joke. Even if they're the only game in town don't call them or give them a cent. The guy at the Gay St. location in West Chester has had my TV since October, 2013. It's now June, 2014. I called several times the first few months. Always some BS about getting parts. He always promised to call me the next week. He never once called. Finally I told him I just wanted to get my TV back. He tells me he already has time in it so there's a bill. Lancaster County has some reputable TV repair places so give your business to them. This guy at the Gay St. location in West Chester is a crook. more

I don't know how someone like this stays in business. Probably because there aren't many TV Repair businesses around anymore. Most electronics sold today are th only thing worth getting extended service warranties on. The rest is disposable, I called one week prior too my visit yesterday. I am a successful local business person with an A++ rating Angie's List. The quote I was givin in the phone was $128.00 for a replacement lamp on a 60"" LCD TV. As we spoke I entered his contact information in my contacts on my I-Pad and also went into my calendar and noted the call and the price that day. I will say that he did call when he said he woud about the lamp being in. My nTV has been down for a month and my 4 year old boy loves it. Also, he said he would install the new lamp in the housing if I brought that in. Again, I was pretty happy so far. So I get there and he switches the old bulb for the new bulb. He hands me a bill for $212.00. Nearly DOUBLE. I told him I was quoted $128.00 last week. He said he's the only one that answers the phone there and he never quoted that. This guy was totally inflexible and did nothing to resolve the situation. I don't expect people to give things away or work for nothing.\r At least admit to a mistake if thats what it was. Try to make a deal. I called a place in Unionville and got the lamp an hour later for $121.00. Won't be back. more

Prompt service. The technician showed up at the appointed time and was able to fix our problem. He took the time to answer our questions about other features of the tv. I would recommend this business to a friend. more

Plasma TV doctor fixed the problem and works like new!!! 11/26/2011

Called up, very courteous, polite and genuine, my Phillilp's Plasma has not worked in over a year. I did my research online, went to Frazer, confirmed that I had two bad capacitors linked to the power supply, left my deposit, he fixed the problem and was ready in two days. TV works like new...Hope I dont have any other TV's in my house that go bad, but if I do I know who to call....10 out of 10! Thanks! Pros: null Cons: null more

Straight forward: I needed my tv fixed, it is a Samsung flatscreen. I made an appointment for the next day. The technician came to my house, he needed a part. He came back the next day and my tv was fixed. more

Fixed just in time for the Flyers 6/17/2010

My TV broke just before the Stanley Cup final game. I called Frazer TV and they had a tech out quickly. He found out what was wrong with my TV and ordered a part. He came out with the part the next day and fixed it. Sadly the Flyers lost. Pros: Fast repair - above and beyond more

AVOID AVOID AVOID 9/21/2009

We had someone come out to our house to give us a $60 estimate - understanding that the fee would go toward repairing our tv. Only to be called 3 days later and hear that they no longer carry our part and that they can't give us the estimate we paid for. Can't they GET the part? Or point us in some direction towards repairing our television? The woman who spoke to my husband was beyond rude and when I called back moments later - all I got was the answering machine. Not a way to do business. I would NOT recommend using this company. more

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE! 8/6/2008

Its been almost 1 month since my TV has broken. They came out on a Saturday and handed me a claim ticket saying the part will be in around 2 weeks "hopefully". Well 2 weeks comes and 2 weeks goes. I give them a call and they say oh it'll be another week. I write an email never to hear a response. So I call them a week and a half later and the answer is it will be in next week. So I ask, well that is what I heard last week that it would be in this week, are you going to tell me that next week when I call that it'll be next week and so forth and so on? So we are closing in one 1 month with no TV and NO CALL BACKS about the part!!!!! Pros: None Cons: RETARDS WORKING THERE more
