The food is fantastic but the dining experience is negatively impacted by the inept design of the restaurant space. The surfaces (walls, floors, ceilings) are not designed to absord sound, and a full house generates enough background noise to interfere with the enjoyment of the meal. This is a well thought out menu with variety and flair. The crab salad with watermellon, key lime curd and avacado is a must try summer first course, but the escargot with basil fed snails, wild mushrooms, and parsely lemon puree is a year 'round first course delight. The entrees included a "Low Country" Shrimp & Scallop with creamy grits, roasted corn, forest mushroom & Asparagus ragout, and a Moroccan Spiced Lamb Shank with harissa, baba, lemon, olives, mint and natural jus. Both were execellent, but you got the sense that everything coming out of the kitchen seemed to be well received by all of the tables around us. We ate at several restaurants during our short stay in Nashville (including Zola & Watermark) and the food served at Radius10 was King of the Hill.
