I agree with all the reviews I've seen about this place. I wish I took the time to review this apartment more. they are nice apartments but they will screw you over on you deposit. I think I left that apartment in a better condition than when we got it and they "say" they had to repaint the whole apartment and get new carpet. They ended up sending me a bill for a extra 16.00 which is rediculous. I should of been giving my entire deposit back. Gains Investment trust sent me a letter. They seem like a very shady company if you ask me.If you live here make sure you write down every nick and scratch on your condition report. They replaced the blinds in our apartment because one of the blind had a bend on the individual shield.This is caused by the windows they have.Nothing you've done.But I guess Im paying for new blinds as well.Dont live here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will milk you for every penny you got.
Pros: They are good size apartments
Cons: You will not get your deposit back and they will not work with you on problems.
