I remember when sunflower first opened and i thought their food was better than it is now. Some of the ingredients taste "store bought" and the combination of flavors are not exciting. There just throwing things together that wouldn't "conflict" with one another. But great cuisine is about making ingredients and flavors dance together. The dishes i've had of late at sunflower do not remind me of a well-choreographed number, but more like a bar with regulars going through the motions. Well i don't want a part of that. I don't go to restaurants simply to avoid my wife's cooking. I go to restaurants to have a unique and thrilling experience. Pros: Nice space Cons: lack of imagination in cuisine more
