Via extended warranty we got Metro Appliance to come and discover that the magnatron has a five year warranty by GE. He then wanted $50 for the service call but didn't fix the problem. He didn't offer to call GE for me, get the part, and then come put it in. He called his "boss" who was equally demeaning in the way he treated us, AND he sounded exactly like the repairman. I asked if they were brothers and was diverted with other answers.\r

As far as I know the entire company is two brothers with crappy customer service skills.
