I never write reveiws, however this is unbelieveable. I have no idea how the company stays in buisness. I have tried to reach customer servide to explain a few problems. I never get a return calls even though I leave my name and phone number. I even tried to speak to other managers with no returned phome calls. I certainly paid for the service and expected ARS to be accountable as their mission statement states. I see by other reveiws that I am not alone regarding my negative experience. I wish I had known other people were unsatisfied with this company. My salesman told me if I wanted extra work that they have an individual he contacts at the city of Austin to perform the inspection. I should have realized then something was very wrong with the company's business practices. I hope this reveiw helps others looking for an air conditiong company.
Cons: Cusomer service is non- existant to follow up on problems.
