I read the review of Jeff R and cannot disagree more. Our service with them is extremely fast and reliable. When there have been outages, they are quick to respond and make repairs. Over a two year period, only a couple of major outages lasting less than a day. As for not getting returned calls or not getting anyone, I have successfully spoken to the owner several times. Perhaps Jeff R. is not calling during there normal business hours.
